Last week, I was very excited to watch a new show on HBO called “Last Week Tonight With John Oliver.” The host, John Oliver, is a comedian who does a satirical news program on the network.
I love his style of comedy, so when he announced that the first episode would be titled “Ferguson,” I couldn’t wait to get started.
Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how controversial the topic of the segment would turn out to be. In the end, I found myself agreeing with much of what Oliver said, but I also felt like it was a little unfair to the police officers involved.
In the end, the entire situation ended up being pretty ridiculous, and I thought that Oliver did a great job.
